Our Process

Granulated polymer/bio-resin are fed into the molding hopper.

A preform is molded.

The preform is placed into a blow molding cavity.

A bottle is formed by

stretch blow molding.

The bottle is ejected and transferred by a conveyor to the MESON Inverter.

Abracadabra, the magic happens!

Following inversion, a finished single-piece MESON Cup is packed and ready for use.

The application of the MESON Technology allows for the production of single-piece, double-walled, cups, bowls, and containers, by utilizing Stretch Blow Moulding (SBM) machinery fully integrated with the patented MESON Inversion Process.
